Hi Lines is the quarterly publication for employees and retirees of the Sacramento Municipal Utility District. PDDG has partnered with SMUD for more than 20 years and the past seven of which have included design development of Hi Lines. This 24-page publication includes cover illustrations, page design, production, and print management.
